Creator group

Discord and community chat
The official experience directs players toward community chat, and the creator’s official channels have published a Discord invitation. Because Discord invites can expire or be replaced, use the link surfaced by the current Roblox experience or verified creator group rather than copying a permanent-looking invite from a search result.
Before joining, verify that the server branding, announcement history, and linked Roblox identity match Dualpoint Interactive. A community wiki Discord, trading group, clan server, or content creator server can be legitimate but is not the official developer community unless the official experience links it.
Do not share a Roblox password, session cookie, recovery code, or payment information with a Discord bot or moderator. Official community access never requires those secrets.
What each source is good for
Spot an imitation
Check URL domain, numeric IDs, creator name, verification mark, and whether the official source links outward to the destination. Be cautious when a page promises free Robux, limited items, private test access, or codes in exchange for a download, survey, browser extension, or off-platform login.
A screenshot is easy to copy. A consistent chain—from official Roblox experience to verified group or announced community—is harder to fake. If the chain breaks, stop and navigate back through Roblox yourself.
Support and bug reports
Use the support or report route currently linked by the official community. Include a concise description, platform, time, server context, steps to reproduce, and a screenshot or clip that hides personal information. For purchase issues, preserve the Roblox receipt and exact product panel.
Do not post exploits publicly or share instructions that harm servers. Follow the current developer guidance for security-sensitive reports. Roblox account, payment, moderation, or platform issues may require Roblox Support rather than the game community.
Test and update notices
Official community posts can announce tests, updates, and event changes. Confirm whether a notice applies to the public Beta, a separate test place, Free Roam, or a limited event. A test result should not be reported as live production behavior until the public experience receives it.
